To define local we have set strict boundaries for production of our pork. All of our animals are bred, born, raised and processed within 125 miles of Woodland, Ca. We maintain a quality breeding program that in turn produces quality offspring. If you are a customer within Yolo county, your purchase will have less than 100 miles on it from farm to table.
